General Conditions for Online Ticket Sales
1. General Conditions
These General Conditions for Online Ticket Sales apply to online ticket sales issued by Pepeks d.o.o. (hereinafter referred to as: Pepeks) on www.pepeks.hr
These General Conditions for Online Ticket Sales supplement General Conditions of Carriage by the Company Pepeks.
2. Contract of Carriage
Pepks sells online tickets for connections marked on www.pepeks.hr.
By online booking, seats are automatically reserved. It is not possible to reserve a seat without purchasing a ticket.
The Contract of Carriage is deemed to have been completed upon a successful payment transaction. Immediately upon the purchase, the ticket and the invoice shall be delivered to the Passenger via e-mail.
3. Ticket and invoice delivery
The Passenger is obliged to print out the ticket and invoice and bring them along.
By boarding, the Passenger is obliged to deliver the ticket to the driver and is required to keep the invoice during the entire journey and produce it for inspection when asked.
4. Fees and mode of payment
Information on ticket prices can be found at www.pepeks.hr or at any ticket outlet of the company Pepeks.
Online tickets can be paid by credit cards American Express, MasterCard, Maestro and Visa.
Instalment payment is not possible.
5. Online booking period
Online tickets can be purchased online at www.pepeks.hr: (pepeks.getbybus.com)
National line: at least 6 hours prior to the coach departure time
International line: at least 24 hours prior to the coach departure time
Refunds are possible only pursuant to Article 9 of General Conditions of Carriage.

Refunds shall be made on the basis of a completed Refund Claim Form, which can be downloaded in PDF format.
The completed Refund Claim Form must be sent in good time to the e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org or by registered mail to the postal address Pepeks d.o.o., IV. Trnjanski nasip 20, Zagreb, Croatia. The Refund Claim Form can also be submitted at the Pepeks ticket office.
The credit for refunds shall be paid exclusively to the bank account stated on submitted Refund Claim.
Amendments to online tickets are not possible. Should there be a change of a reservation, it is necessary to submit a Refund Claim and buy a new online ticket.
